Increase your spend per table
We hear you – finding an A-team of hospo staff is tough going at the moment. Staff shortages combined with an influx of customers (after years of restrictions make it hard to find the time to upskill your team.
The Hunter Region is a world-class wine destination, and your customers deserve a world-class experience.
That’s why we’re offering a complimentary campaign, as part of the City of Newcastle’s Newskills program, to help hospitality businesses like yours maximise table spend by improving your team's knowledge on how to pair wine with food, and attract new workers with an opportunity to learn.
So, you think you know your riesling from your chardonnay?
This campaign is designed to level up your hospitality team's understanding of wine varietals, characteristics and pairings, particularly those local to the Hunter Region. They’ll learn how to guide customers through the wine list, and provide recommendations, confidently.
