How does Yarno capture question feedback?
On Yarno, Learners are given the opportunity to provide feedback for every question on a campaign.
To promote content accuracy and relevance on campaigns, capturing and implementing feedback is important.

What happens to question feedback?
Before campaign launch, your Yarno Customer Success Manager (CSM) will ask who from your organisation should be copied into any Learner feedback. This should be someone with a solid grasp of any technical content, who will be able to provide additional information or support to Learners if needed.
When the campaign has started and a Learner provides feedback, it is sent to Yarno. Our Customer Success Support will reply to the Learner, copying the agreed representative from your organisation.
If there are any changes or updates required in response to the feedback, we will work together to action these.
