Have you found remote work challenging? I have!

Since Yarno went fully remote last year, I've learnt there are two pillars critical to success: trust and communication.

Without these, remote work can be pretty tricky. If there's a lack of trust, it's easy to doubt the intention of staff. Similarly, communication needs to be top-notch to survive the switch to remote. It's easy to get confused and lose context without regular effective communication.

When talking about the effectiveness of remote work, we must consider the role of these pillars, and if our business's culture is equipped to promote them.
