Access Learner, Team or Group dashboards

Admin access to the dashboards in Yarno

Yarno Admins can access dashboards providing information about all levels of their organisation - all participants in a Campaign, specific Learners, Teams and Groups.

Learner dashboards

Learner dashboards display Learner specific insights on progress within Yarno.  

Information displayed in Learner dashboards include:

• Learner's participation and performance in Yarno over time
• Campaigns Learner's have participated in 
• Learner topic performance. 

To access Learner dashboards within the Admin Portal: 

1. Sign into Yarno (Check out the Sign in to Yarno article for more information on this) 
2. Use the menu in the top right to "Enter Admin"
3. Go to the "Learners" section
4. Find the relevant Learner
5. Click "View Learner"

Team dashboards

The Team Dashboard within the admin portal displays information about the Team's participation and performance over time.

Information displayed in Team dashboards includes:

• Campaigns members of the Team have participated in 
• Overall topic performance for the team

To access Team dashboards within the Admin portal:

1. Sign into Yarno (Check out the Sign in to Yarno article for more information on this) 
2. Use the menu in the top right to "Enter Admin"
3. Go to the "Learners" section and switch to the "Teams" tab
4. Find the relevant team
5. Click "View Results"

To access campaign dashboards scaled to the results of a particular team:

1. Go to the relevant team's dashboard by following the above instructions
2. Find the relevant campaign
3. Click "View Campaign"

Group dashboards

Group dashboards display insights on progress within Yarno for a specific group. 

Information displayed in Team dashboards includes:

• Information about the Group's participation and performance over time,
• Campaigns members of the Group have participated in 
• Overall topic performance for the group

To access group dashboards within the admin portal:

1. Sign into Yarno (Check out the Sign in to Yarno article for more information on this) 
2. Use the menu in the top right to "Enter Admin"
3. Go to the "Learners" section and switch to the "Groups" tab
4. Find the relevant Group
5. Click "View Results"

To access campaign dashboards scaled to the results of a particular group:

1. Go to the relevant group's dashboard by following the above instructions
2. Find the relevant campaign
3. Click "View Campaign"
