Dashboard permissions

In this article, we'll cover:

There are four user types in Yarno:

Learners: Learners can participate in Campaigns and view the Learning Library (if enabled)
Team Managers: Team Managers have the same permissions as Learners, but can additionally see reporting for their team
Group Managers: Group Managers have the same permissions as Learners, but can additionally see reporting for their group, and for all the teams that are part of their group
Admins: Admins have Learner permissions, and can also access the Admin Portal which allows them to:

Create, manage and view reporting on Campaigns
Add and edit Questions
Add and edit Learners, Teams and Groups, and view Learner, Team and Group reporting
Add and edit Learning Library Articles (if enabled)

Learners

Team Managers

Insights on their own performance
Full Campaign learner and team leaderboard (depending on campaign settings)
Insights on Team performance, including Campaign Dashboards scaled for their Team
Full Team learner leaderboard (regardless of campaign settings)

Group Managers

Insights on their own performance
Full Campaign learner and team leaderboard (depending on campaign settings)
Insights on Team performance, including Campaign Dashboards scaled for their Teams (for every team within their Group)
Full Team learner leaderboard (regardless of campaign settings; for every team within their Group)
Insights on Group performance, including Campaign Dashboards scaled for their Group
Full Group learner leaderboard (regardless of campaign settings)

Admins

Insights on their own performance
Insights on overall Campaign performance, including full learner and team dashboards regardless of campaign settings
Insights on performance of each Learner
Insights on performance of each Team and Group, including Campaign Dashboards scaled for any Team or Group
