You may be wondering how our little Yarnoers are doing. Well, here is the Yarno Beehive's Spring Report from our partner, Rooftop Bees. Our buzzy friends, along with their Queen Bee, 'Bee-yarn-ce,' have faced the risk of disease as the parasite Varroa has spread across NSW. The hive is smaller due to the threat of Varroa, yet it has still produced some delicious Yarno honey! We were excited to hand out the jars at our Christmas offsite last week! My favourite is Yarno honey on sourdough. Delicious.
