Yarno admins, get excited - something big has been in the works for you from the Yarno Product team, and I’m here to let you know! 👏
Admins go to the Yarno Admin Portal to access insights and reporting, create questions and campaigns and manage their learners - so this is a key part of the platform!
We are releasing a huge refresh of the Admin Portal, including a revamped design across all the pages, and new ‘Home’ and ‘Insights’ pages.
What’s changing?
- New design across the whole Yarno Admin Portal
- New ‘Home’ page with quick access to your teams’ engagement stats and campaigns, plus support articles
- New ‘Insights’ page that displays your account data over time
All changes will be accessible to admins on both desktop and mobile browsers. Too easy!
Why are we making these changes?
One of Yarno’s key aims is to help customers achieve business outcomes. To do this, we’re not only focused on delivering training to learners, but also on providing insights on where future learning should be targeted so you get the best bang for your learning buck.
Up until now, insights on the platform have been specifically targeted at the outcomes of each campaign that has been run. Using this data, customers and CSMs draw information about performance over time. Well, now we want to reflect this on the platform, too!
With this new update, we’re starting to bring that level of holistic insight into the platform for admins to access when it suits them – showing insights that flow through from one campaign to the next.
And, of course, we want to continue to make the admin portal as easy to use, and as easy on the eye, as possible. So, we’re updating it with a fresh, modern look and feel.

The new Homepage
The Homepage is designed to give admins a quick entry point into the admin portal.
Improvements include:
- It provides a top level view of learner engagement on the app over recent days
- Quick access links to active and upcoming campaigns, and
- Links to helpful Yarno Support articles for admins to brush up on how to perform common actions.
The new Insights page
The biggest new feature of this update — the pièce de résistance one might say — is the new Insights page. This page contains two tabs, ‘Engagement’ and ‘Performance & Knowledge’, which both display a series of Yarno metrics over time across multiple campaigns.
We aim to continue adding useful new data points onto this page that can provide additional insight for admins. In its initial phase, it displays:
- Number of campaigns and active learners
- Participation and completion rates
- Stats on performance, primer uplift and question uplift.
And all this data can be filtered to look at a specific data range, and at specific teams or groups within the Yarno account.
